Every customer is assigned their own dedicated Internal Account Manager who provides a consistent and convenient first point of contact to respond rapidly to any requests. Our Customer Relationship Management system also ensures that all service issues are tracked and resolved in accordance with our pre-stated service levels. If any issues are not resolved within a given time frame, they are flagged and escalated accordingly.
5 Year Warranty...
In the unlikely event of a chair under warranty failing through normal use, we will either arrange for a simple repair to be carried out on site or for it to be returned to our factory and repaired or replaced within 5 working days. Read our full
