A professional and experienced Internal and External Account Management team is assigned to each customer in order to provide the expertise to help them maximise their sales opportunities.
The internal team is just a phone call away from helping customers select the right product, provide specification details or confirm a price and delivery date.
Our External Account Managers can undertake end user seating assessments to evaluate each workstation and produce a written report recommending the most suitable seating products. They can also accompany customers on sales visits, assist with product demonstrations and help train sales and showroom staff.
Showroom Facility
Our two showrooms in Northampton and Clerkenwell, in the heart of London’s furniture district, are readily available for customer use.
Our Northampton showroom permanently houses our full product range while our London location has a selection of our more design orientated products or those selected for a specific customer visit.

Marketing resource centre, customers can create personalised and bespoke On-line and Off-line marketing support material. Having negotiated with our print partners, printed copies can be supplied at highly competitive prices.
In addition, our invaluable
samples service provides free demonstration models for up to two weeks and heavily discounted showroom samples for longer term displays.
